"This was a lovely, clean, and well-equipped home in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very convenient to RDU airport and the whole Triangle area. It worked so well for us that we actually ended up extending our stay by three days. The only slight downside was that noise from the road and the airport at certain hours made sitting on the beautiful deck a little less pleasant than we would hope. However, the noise was not an issue inside the house at all. All in all, highly recommended."

The house was wonderful, the location was just close enough to anything we could want while also feeling fairly secluded, and the owners are fantastic people that my friends and I loved talking to. "The management company was friendly & easy to get ahold of. The door code was easy & reliable. The property needs some maintenance. The walls in the stairwell are distractingly dirty & scuffed up. The cleaning crew assigned to this property needs some oversight. The kitchen counters were extremely dirty & needed wiped immediately upon entry. The bathrooms were tidy & clean. If somebody would have done a walkthrough to double check the cobwebs & cleanliness, our visit would have been better. The management company needs to update the driving distance information on the listing. This property is easily a 20 minute drive to Duke campus - which was the purpose for our stay here. "
