"This property did not disappoint! Having 2 separate but connected houses allowed us to spread out. It also allowed us to have two refrigerators and freezers, which was helpful with extended family. It was very close to the lake and did not require hundreds of steps like other properties on Tim’s Ford. The paddle boards and kayaks are in excellent condition and the game rooms above the garages were definitely used and loved! Both units had Keurig coffee makers while unit A also had a 12 cup option. The units came well stocked with towels (both for bath and lake), coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. They also had the basic essentials, including salt and pepper, sugar, and white vinegar. There are 2 fire pits and a large, very well maintained hot tub. We will definitely stay again!"

"A very cozy comforting property. Remodeled older home that kept the classic charm of yesteryear. We really loved our stay at the Bluebird. We booked for a week and would loved to have stayed longer. We went to town once, for groceries and fishing supplies. Superseded out expectations!"

"Very nice house. Clean, lots of spaces to relax. Loved all the screened porches! Pools nice—be sure to use key fab and not the gate code as it no longer works. Kitchen well appointed but beware—plates and bowls are not microwave safe which is very inconvenient and dangerous since it was not communicated. Two oversized showers which are super nice! Lake view but no dock access despite listing indicating such. Quiet neighborhood; although there is a house under construction next door but minimal noise. Good location to lake, grocery stores and downtown area. Overall, nice property which worked well for our 3 generations of family!"
