"The property was great! It is on a beautiful and peaceful wooded lot. We were visited by deer a few times.The interior decor is tasteful and super accommodating. Sometimes when we stay at rentals for large family, the dining area never has enough seating for everyone. Not so with this location. The dining room gave us ample space to spread out and have family meals. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked! Everything, and I mean everything, you needed to make big family meals. We had a very friendly cat visit us each morning on the deck that we temporarily named biscuits and fell in love with I highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a cozy place to hang with family. "Our family had a great weekend at David's lakefront home. Everyone had fun fishing in the lake. We had plans for a fire but it stormed both nights we were there..maybe next time. Ricketts Glen Falls trail was the highlight of our trip and was absolutely amazing. We would love to stay again."

"This home was just as described. A few upgrades to the beds could be made as they are too noisy. Every time u move the bed squeaks. Apartment sits right on top of store, so you smell all the good aroma of the food being made. Wifi was great but host turned it off at 6AM on the morning of checkout. Wifi should be provided for the whole duration of people stay, because once they checkout they can’t take your wifi with them anyway.
