Great location!

The property was perfect as was the location. However, I did not see it stated anywhere in the listing that the homeowner resides on the same property but different structure throughout your stay.

Beautiful peaceful cottage

Really enjoyed staying at the Falmouth cottage. It was very clean and beautifully yet simply decorated. Koi pond just lovely to sit at and watch the fish. Very short walk to the ocean. Peaceful quiet area. My only negative comment would be that the owners are staying directly next to you so if privacy is an issue this place may not be for you.

Great location, neat and clean house and nice outside area to sit. Nice big shower, good usable kitchen, nice washer/ dryer, great outside shower. One bed very hard, the other soft . Owner hangs out in garage type building renovated to live in and gardens while you are there. Felt uncomfortable when were inside the house and limited our use of outside shower.

Okay but wont return

We had a great week and enjoyed the house. The owner lives in a repurposed garage and shares the back yard. She was there 50% of the week and we had trouble settling in knowing she was so close by. I wish I understood the proximity when I booked. It was okay, but we wouldn't stay there again.
