We were in the guest house with a porch. We spend time on the porch enjoyed the baby rabbits in the yard. Room was clean, bed comfy, ( could have used a coffee maker) great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurant. The grounds were gorgeous, too cold for the pool but there were people hanging out around it, because it was so inviting.

Booked very last minute. Have never stayed in a motor lodge before. It was very clean and in a great location. The room/bathroom could use some updating but honestly for the money it was perfect.

Great Old School Motel

We enjoyed our stay at the Falmouth Motor Lodge. The motel was selected for it's closeness to the Island Queen Dock for the boat to Martha's Vineyard. The beach was also in walking distance. The propoerty is many acres and it beautiful! Debbie in the office was very helpful with restaurant locations (many could be walked to ) and other suggestions. She was a delight!
