Continental breakfast was lacking plates, utensils, food was scarce and disorganized. Another guest found clean utensils behind bar and let others know. Everything needed refilling, tables needed cleaning- otherwise, clean, quiet, great location.

Absolutely wonderful one night stay at the Iris. Staff were so kind, nice bar/restaurant open for both late dinner and early breakfast. Highly recommend the Iris!!! Incredible value!

Parking was ample and the air conditioner worked well. The rest was just meh. Hand soap container was empty and never filled during stay. No blackout curtains. Paper thin walls. Staff was merely a presence - no interaction. Floors were gritty and gross feeling. Bath tub had mildew. Lighting was terrible. Definitely not a Cape hotel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in we were told that there was a roller for luggage. There was not one walked into the room. There was a very strong odor. Had to keep the door and open the window to get the smell out. The bathroom was extremely old and just not comfortable inside the bathroom. Overall, the room was just old.
