"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and the staff were not welcoming or helpful. The bellman seemed exhausted and unprofessional, which made the first impression uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in bad condition and did not feel clean or properly maintained. In addition, room service did not come daily as expected. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of hospitality, and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made."

"It was dirt all over the air conditioner and something all over the blinds. I had to ask for a towel towels. I wish there was a way I could add pictures. there was somebody else’s hair on the bed."

"Everything was wonderful, however we stayed a Friday-Sunday and parking in the hotel parking lot was $41.50. So keep in mind you have to pay for parking!"
