Spacious, comfortable, good heating, private, well set up for self catering.

Tv and a number of seating options as well as table and chairs to sit and eat at.
No outside seating.
Great location.
Close to Argent street and driving distance to supermarkets.
Parking in the parking area in the laneway. Not secure though.
