"Beautiful and welcoming hotel with great staff"

"We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came."

The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional specially Yara and Gerald —always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was seamless and quick, and I was even upgraded to a superior and more expensive room with a stunning view for free without me asking. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was crystal clear all the time. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I wanted to see and yet felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out. It felt more like a luxury experience than just a stay. I’m already planning my next visit next summer. Highly recommended without hesitation! "We booked this hotel several months in advance through Expedia, with a prepaid reservation. When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification. To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries. Travelers beware. I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"Comfy Apart Hotel is now my favourite place to stay in Lebanon. Everything was EXCELLENT. The property is very nice, the rooms are spacious, and many have a balcony as well. You have everything you need there - the AC works well, no issues with electricity, there is a gym downstairs. The staff are incredibly helpful and really tended to everything we needed during our stay. We loved it!! We will continue to stay here when we visit Beirut. "

"An amazing hotel to visit and spend quality time with family. The rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. We arrived late and the manager was waiting for us and was very welcoming and considerate. The breakfast was super and very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area is fantastic and very Relaxing. I give the hotel 10/10."
