  • Welcome to our beautiful1912 home - where historic charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, this home offers warm, inviting spaces perfect for gathering and relaxing.

    The Space
    The updated kitchen and cozy breakfast nook (seating for 4) make mornings easy and enjoyable. For more formal meals or game nights, the dining room seats 6 comfortably.

    High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    3 bedrooms are located on the second floor and 1 in the basement (please note this is a two-story home with stairs required).

    • Primary bedroom with en suite full bathroom
    • Additional full bathroom upstairs
    • Half bath in the basement (accessed via unfinished space)

    Please note: Basement bedroom and bathroom are accessed via unfinished space. While there is a shower in the basement bathroom, it is not operable. There are two fully functioning showers located upstairs - please do not attempt to use the basement shower.

    Each bedroom features highly rated memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. White noise machines, bedside outlets, and foam earplugs are also provided for ultimate comfort.

Lovely place for our family to stay. Had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and some teenagers and older family members whose kids are gone staying altogether for a wedding. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Fargo!

Love this house!

The owners go above and beyond. They have the extras-ground coffee, coffee pods, oatmeal, cozy blankets, plenty of pillows, Q-tips, plenty of towels, laundry soap and a well stocked kitchen. It is nicely decorated and cozy feeling. We didn’t use the basement other than to wash clothes. The basement is a typical basement in an old house but the bedroom is done nicely, just like the other rooms. Owners were very responsive when I needed to add on a night and in general. I have stayed here twice now and really enjoy it.

This is a great find! We were visiting NDSU. It was a quick walk to campus. It was cute house that was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of nice accessible extras. The hot tub was a huge bonus. The owner had the hot tub ready to go as soon as we arrived. I loved having a full basket of hot tub towels close to the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the basement and we used it to wash/dry our suits when we were done. It sure is nice having dry suits to pack up when you leave. There was plenty of space to hang out. Three bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the basement. Having 4 bedrooms gave everyone a place to sleep comfortably. The beds were super comfortable. They also had fans in the closets which my son loved and white noise machines beside each bed. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, makeup towels, plus there was a first aid kit under one sink which came in handy when I needed a bandaid. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and it was spacious. It was nice to have spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, flour, coffee, coffee filters, oatmeal packets, and microwave popcorn packets to use. We used the dining room to eat a meal and play some of the games they had in hand. The variety of streaming services gave us a lot of choices. My husband loves having places to charge devices and there were plenty of outlets to use. The owners communicated quickly and were very accommodating. I would recommend this place.

Great home. Pictures are spot on and we enjoyed the hot tub!! The house is on a busy one way and even with the sound machine going was hard to sleep. The neighbors that you share the driveway with kept to themselves but they did have a barking dog outside all of the afternoon with loud Spanish music playing. Overall the house is enjoyable once inside.

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend! My friends and I were getting together for a couple of days and this place had enough space and things to do while relaxing at the house.
