"Grass was 8 inches tall, should have been cut and weed eaten before our stay. Kids couldn’t play on the swing set or in the yard. Low Tree limbs in the parking area hit on vehicles. Pool sidewalk on back side had overgrown bushes limiting sidewalk access. Lounge chairs by pool had high grass around and under and some had algae on them so couldn’t be used. Interior floor was dirty, bare feet were black in an hour. Laundry room is not in the house, potential mobility issue should be listed. Low water pressure in both showers. Couch had broken leg. HVAC ran constantly to maintain 70. Pool was well maintained and clean. We got advised prior to maintenance which help us coordinate pool time. Family room has a glare from the afternoon sun due to back door glass. House is nice, kitchen well stocked with the essentials, rooms are upgraded well.All info is to help the owner make this Vrbo a better place and more desirable."
