The woman at check-in was delightful and helpful The room was clean and updated. The indoor pool was dirty and cold Common areas were dirty I was very disappointed with breakfast and management attitude. He was Very disrespectful when I asked for help on empty items. I was the first guest at breakfast. Coffee was empty. He argued with me. I had to show him before he would check it. While he was adding coffee I made a waffle. The spray bottle was empty. I told him twice. He finally said “it’s not for you to worry about “. After the second time I went ahead and made it without. I also began toasting a bagel. I went to him to say it was plugged in and not working. I took the last cream cheese. He never brought more out. He finally got the toaster working. There were rotten shriveled apples in the fruit bowl. Oranges in the fruit bowl were visible rotten. Very disappointing after the request for the cream cheese I gave up and had breakfast at Hardee’s a few blocks away. Won’t return!
