"The staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Very disappointed by the pool. It was smaller than expected and dirty so kids couldn't swim. That evening staff told me that the pool was cleaned so I took the kids. The kids got in the pool then everyone started saying their eyes were burning. I didn’t even get in the water but my eyes started burning also. I immediately took them all to our room and had them to take a shower."
