"Amazing place to stay quiet area itself but an about 5-8 mins walk to old town ( full of shops and restaurants) and 13 mins to the marina where you can get a €4 return trip to the beach. The property its self is amazing ; roof top terrace, kitchen for use. Come and go as you please. You can acquire hair dryers and irons from reception for a €20 deposit which you get back as soon as you return the item. The airport was a short drive away and cheap via uber or bolt. "

"Great little hotel on the edge of old town. Breakfast is available for purchase but the Pastelaria across the street is amazing…don’t miss out on the pastel de nata and espresso! Everything is completely walkable and we had the best time there! Faro is small town friendly and we’ve never felt safer walking streets and back alleys at night. Take the tuk tuk tour to get an overview of the area and pay attention to the guide…he was a living history book and we had a great idea of what we wanted to see and in what order afterwards. Faro was amazing, you won’t regret your visit or this hotel. "

"It's rare when I walk into a hotel room and I'm stunned. It was a fantastic stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The location is in the center of everything but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. If you're in Faro, stay here!"

"Everything about the property was great. Great facilties, clean and spacious. The chef was very professional, friendly, and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the property manager said I had booked the room for two adults and one infant, and because I had a 11 year old child I was charged an additional £50. I have done a few bookings this summer and have always included a 11 year old child, and my confirmation show this. I wasnt happy I had to pay the extra amount, and think that there was an error between Expedia and the guest house when booking was made. The booking included a 11 year old child, not a baby. I felt taken advantage of."

"Originally, we were a little cautious booking this guesthouse, as it was in a similar price bracket to the hostels nearby. However, the vast amount of good reviews sold it to us and now I can see why they're so good! Our stay was faultless, and I really don't think the pictures online do it justice. We were given a warm welcome, allowed to check-in early and were allocated a beautiful space, complete with a separate living area and indoor jacuzzi. We were on the ground floor and had direct access to the well-looked after pool. Despite being next to the pool and restaurant, there were very little disturbances and it still felt private. My only minor point is that the wifi wasn't great and the jacuzzi was very temperamental (but we weren't expecting a jacuzzi at all so I can't complain too much). Overall, a great stay from start to finish, and excellent value for money. You won't regret booking this place! "
