"I want to give the biggest thank-you to Diana at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine. She went above and beyond and completely turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one. Her calmness, professionalism, and patience reassured us the entire time. Not once did she show attitude — she smiled, she was kind, and she was genuinely helpful from beginning to end.
