"Just left here. A lot of missed opportunities. Hotel is close to everything and the restaurant is very good but it is ran by someone else. Bar closes early and there is no night life for adults or even children. Pool is ok and small. More than 5 people you’re crowded. Rooms are decent beds and pillows average. Air condition system needs a good cleaning as everyone was complaining of allergies. They have someone trying to sell you something right off the elevators but pushing hotel points to get your attention. People are caught off by it and it becomes annoying. The morning and day staff were great. Especially the people checking in and doors people. Housekeeping was good and very nice. The homeless guy out the front door seems to be a staple to the hotel. Stayed 8 days. I would look for a better place at this price point"

"Hotel was super clean and the staff was super nice. Location was also great. The only minor knock I could come up with is valet is expensive (but all the other hotels are as well). The bathroom was fantastic and the room was very updated and nice. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bar area was great and the check-in/checkout staff were fantastic."

"My stay was great, the staff was very helpful and polite. here are my only concerns. When i returned from an outing the cleaning person was inside my room cleaning, I think that if there cleaning a guest room that are still booked to the property they should leave the door open. I was shocked to open the door and find someone inside. Also the parking is very low. if you have a very tall SUV i would not recommend parking in the basement as the top might hit all the low hanging things in there. Other then that my stay was great. I saw but did not use the work out area which is very big with all the equipmnt you could ever need. I was also surprised to find in that area a bank of old school phones, I think they work, it really brought back memories."

"They put me above their live jazz band. Apparently you have to pay extra to be able to sleep. If this place was cheap, I'd get it. But not for this price. They moved me to a "quieter" room (it wasn't quiet) and the new furniture smelled of new leather. The smell was so strong, it was all over the sheets and pillows. The smell woke me up through the night, it was so strong. And there were other...questionable smells on the bed. I left several nights early because I couldn't take it. This place is atrocious."
