  • This is the home for those who value quality, modern comfort, and plenty of open space around them. The property underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2025, with a focus on exquisite materials and quality. Here, the setting is designed to offer you an experience of undisturbed luxury in the open countryside.



    The heart of the house is the large, open kitchen-dining area, where 10 people can gather around the dining table. The living room offers several different ways to relax: a large, open alcove for the whole family, a smaller alcove for quiet reflection, and a spacious sofa with an armchair and a rocking chair. You’ll find four bedrooms in the main house and an annex with an activity room, table tennis, and a sofa bed for two guests.



    The property is large and completely secluded, ensuring maximum privacy. The garden is perfect for play and relaxation, featuring a fire pit, sandbox, and playground. Here, you can completely unplug and enjoy the feeling of freedom under the open sky.

We had a wonderful family vacation here in norther...

We had a wonderful family vacation here in northern Denmark. Our kids (12 & 10) rushed into the house as soon as we arrived and immediately said, “12 out of 10 stars!” Then, when they got to the soccer field right in front of the house, they upped it to 13 stars… Everything was very clean, the kitchen was great with everything we needed, and above all, it was incredibly peaceful. The house appeared to have been recently renovated—it had a cozy sofa, a washing machine, and even a DRYER(!). The mattresses in the beds weren’t sagging, so they must be relatively new as well? In the annex, there’s a ping-pong table—which we used a lot—as well as a foosball table and various outdoor games, board games in different languages, and there’s also an air conditioner installed, which we definitely needed when the outside temperature was over 30 degrees. The HimmerLand Resort is just a stone’s throw away, where we were able to play mini-golf and go bowling. There’s probably plenty more to do there, like ordering pizza for pickup. In just two minutes by car, you can drive to Sørup Sø (a small lake in the resort) and cool off in the water again. Aalborg and Aarhus aren’t far away, and you can hunt for fossils on the nearby beach. It’s easy to keep the kids entertained for two weeks. Whenever we had questions, the landlord responded right away—communication was excellent. So we can wholeheartedly recommend this house. It’s truly great for families with kids. And I know I’m repeating myself, but: the peace and quiet!! A dream.
