The house is located a short walk from Nordhasselvika - highlighted by The Guardian as one of the top 20 most beautiful "hidden beach gems" in Europe.

Newer house suitable for up to 10 people divided into 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, and there is a moveable extra bed. This gives a total of 11 beds if necessary. Living room and dining room with open kitchen. Loft room with glass railings towards the living room and great sea view. In the garden you can enjoy the peace on the terrace or in the garden room - a completely separate living room that can be closed with glass doors.

The house also has a charging station for electric cars (up to 11Kw charging speed). The entire house has a ventilation system with filtered fresh air supply and exhaust, which provides a good indoor climate in all rooms.
