"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. "The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen."

After speaking to what looked like the bar manager he says 7pm so we had a drink at the bar to wait. "Best things about this hotel were: 1. The pool & spa area (steam room, sauna); 2. The outdoor hot tub; 3. The included breakfast; 4. The big rabbits in the playground/trampoline area outside. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful landscape, with loads of hiking trails. The hotel is right next to the Sareis chairlift, although we visited out of season (May) so it wasn't working. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant/bar with shockingly expensive prices as is the Liechtensteiner (and Swiss) way. We loved it."
