"We booked a hot tub room, we appreciated the room being ready earlier than the usual time for check in. However, the hot tub had few stands of hair (not ours), so we ended up cleaning and washing the hot tub before using. There were ants in the room and cobwebs. We were by the lift/elevator so we heard the mechanical sound of it going up and down all day.
