On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room equipped with a satellite TV and hi-fi system, as well as a separate dining room featuring a dining table and a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table for casual meals. A shower room with a separate WC is also located on this level. Both the living room and the dining room offer direct access to the garden, while the living room additionally opens onto a veranda with a panoramic window.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 single bed, as well as 1 additional bedroom furnished with 1 french bed. A bathroom with a separate WC serves this floor.
