"This property was great for moving in our freshman to UArk. The house was spacious and all of the amenities were provided from paper towels and dish soap to body wash and shampoo. The beds were so comfy and loved that the kitchen had a Keurig so we could make quick coffee before we ran out the door! Just Be aware of the narrow driveway that is shared by the neighboring property and also the location being on a corner where a very busy intersection is so there is a lot of road noise all through the night so if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring earplugs or a sound machine."

"Mount Sequoia is a fabulous place and not only do you get a very clean and very comfortable room, you get to explore the beautiful property as well!!! Our beds were great and the bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water in the shower! Deer were wandering the property and there was good parking by our room. I think Mt Sequoyah is a hidden gem of a place to stay in Fayetteville! I will go again!"

"This is a beautiful property. Great Mountain Views. A few deer in the yard every day! Large front porch with seating for 6-7. Beds & furniture are comfy. Bedrooms are separated enough to have a lot of privacy & space. Bedroom over garage is my favorite: very spacious with large bathroom. We loved having the pool table (be careful because there are holes in 1-2 of the nets & the heavy pool balls fall out & can hit your foot). The area in that space is very comfortable with ample seating for about 7- 8 people. 6 minute drive from the University of Arkansas.These may change, but what we had during our stay: Sapadilla hand soap - natural!! smells & feels great! Dove body wash, shampoo & conditioner- really nice!"

"We have loved staying here. So close to downtown, Dickson St, campus. Lots of room for three couples to enjoy. Access is easy, had a little trouble with one lock but after a call maintenance was here quickly and got things working. Will definitely be back when we need to be in the area!"

"Everything was great! We were delighted to see deer outside across the street. And it was super close and convenient to downtown which we loved! We really enjoyed the deck and hot tub even though we only used it for like 10 minutes. We will have to come when it’s cooler LOL! Also the upstairs bed was so comfy and fun! And we ate all the snacks they left out for us. We really enjoyed the small details like cute custom postcard with a welcome note. We had a ton of fun in the separate movie room and enjoyed playing cornhole. Very well suited for a family. Full size fridge, and washer/dryer combo was easy to use and really cool! The shower is HUGE which is surprising for a tiny home and towels are nice and fluffy. They do provide shampoo and soap in case you were curious. On site parking was also super convenient. Really had a good time and made some good memories. Will definitely look it up again when we go to a concert in the fall."
