The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a shiny kitchen island, and a convenient coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs and central AC.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was easy and seamless. Cute place and neighborhood. I was going to recommend to some friends but they need a place that sleeps 6. Even though this listing says it sleeps 6, it only sleeps 4.

Great stay for graduation weekend!

Our family of four stayed in this property over U of A’s graduation weekend. The location and the layout of the house were perfect for our small family graduation celebration. The kitchen and living area provide a lot of seating, and everything is very stylish. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample bathroom space. The home was extremely clean when we arrived. This would be a great place to stay for any visit to Fayetteville!

The house was in great location - only about 7 minutes from the university. Very clean! One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. The living room furniture could use an upgrade - not very comfortable.

Great location!

This property is on a nice quiet street. It is adequately furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. At arrival we could not enter home. After about an hour the issue was resolved. The description of property states central air. There are mini splits mounted on the wall for heat and air. The downstairs unit could not adequately warm the area. Had temperature set to 80F and still wore a coat downstairs and stayed under the only 2 blankets downstairs. To becompletely transparent, this was an unusually cold weekend with highs in 20s and lows in single digits. Not sure I would stay here again.

The home is nice, clean. Kind of a tight fit on things. All bathrooms are upstairs. Nice walk-in shower in one bathroom but water pressure wasn't too strong. No wifi but we got by. The email house instructions are different than what's printed inside the unit as was the lock/entry access but we figured it out. Apparently there as been some changes and things haven't been updated but it was a convenient location, clean house for great weekend.

Wonderful house but disappointed in Bedrooms

This is an adorable home in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Fayetteville, with a Walmart very close. However, the listing states that it sleeps 6, but there are only 2 king beds. There were 5 in our group so one of us had to sleep on the small living room couch, not a huge problem but when I messaged to see where extra blankets or pillows were stored, I was told they did not have to provide additional bedding. Remember, the listings says sleeps 6 and there are only two beds?? As we are talking about beds, one of the two beds was broken in the middle. It was very difficult to sleep on also. When we looked under the bed to try & fix it, there were socks under the bed that did not belong to us. The home was decorated very cute but no "extras" to make you stay easier, like K-cups, extra pillows, etc. It does have a port-a-crib for your use & games to play. However, for the very expensive cost to stay at this home, I was disappointed to not have enough beds or bedding for our party of 5.

It was a beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We prepared two breakfasts and two dinners. We had room to play cards and we sat comfortably to watch the World Series. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to maneuver to get to Bentonville for the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Prairie Grove Battlefield, and to the University of Arkansas. The management was easy to reach with any questions.
