Amazing experience, I was here for a family emergency and didn’t have the exact days I would be here, the staff was so friendly and didn’t have a problem with me continuously extending my stay. Clean and comfortable

Cozy Stay
First hotel that we stayed in that smelled especially clean. You could tell the rooms had been updated. The pillows were amazing (if you enjoy soft and plump pillows). Staff was pleasant and courteous. We stayed during Christmas week, so it was really quiet.

I was impressed with the overall stay and would stay there again!! I do prefer a hotel with interior room entrance. But this was a very clean and comfortable hotel!! Thank you!

The staff was friendly. The hotel seems dated. The room certainly was. The old noisy window air, the plumbing fittings in the shower that leak and spray water everywhere, the tv with very limited channel selection….. It just seemed like a tired hotel. It was clean and we felt safe however and we may come back.

Great place to stay!!
We had a great experience at Best Western in Fayetteville, TN. The room was clean and cool, the pool was clean, the ladies at the office were all very sweet and helpful. We are already planning to stay there again next summer to attend the Shadow Valley Gospel singings.

Fantastic!
The hotel was beautiful. Looks recently updated. Check in was easy, and the check in and check out staff was extremely friendly. I would 100% stay here again!

Breakfast was great, area was very clean and looked liked it had been remodeled. The rest of the hotel was clean but tired, bathtub had a very, very slow drain.

The room was very clean. The hotel has a beautiful location! There were a lot of construction people there and i heard some yelling and cussing from them which i did not like and was woke up at 4am by the same. But nice staff. Beautiful areas outside the hotel!

Recent stay okay, but overpriced
Stayed two nights Easter weekend. Check-in was easy, room was clean. Renovations look good. Mattress had dip in it and bathroom door would not close. Mentioned to front desk at checkout but she did not seem to care. Breakfast was good. However, $150/night is steep.
