This is a great rental…perfect location (avoided heavy traffic on west side of town), incredibly clean, comfortable furnishings, responsive host, great price. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet, charming home in Fayetteville

The location was 10-15 minutes from the main places in Fayetteville we visited but it was to have a nice quiet place to come back to. Easy to access and having the garage option was nice since there was a threat of hail during our stay. A/C worked well, water pressure and temp were good

Title says it all! Super clean, neat, comfortable, easy communication booking. We will surely stay here again when visiting family in area but would also be great if visiting UofA or surrounds. Property is in quiet neighborhood, contains everything you need for short or longer stay.

If I could give more than 10 stars I would. Every accommodation that could be made was present. This is a newly hotel-like setting remodeled home that is so impressive. A big fenced in backyard made our little Frenchie not want to come inside- she loved it! This was impeccably clean and inviting. You immediately felt relaxed and the decor just made you smile!! For 1600 square feet, this charmer felt like a castle. Rachel is a premiere host who was responsive to my questions-I and my family could not have been happier with our stay in Fayetteville!!
