Charming, historic church converted to condos in prime location. This condo is located in quiet walkable old Fayetteville neighborhood but just 1 block from all the events on Dickson ST. Also walkable to University of Arkansas and Walton Art Center. 2 reserved parking spots in back of building. Perfect for visiting students at University of Arkansas or catching a game. Unit entrance opens to grassy courtyard for taking out furry friends.

Beautiful Condo!
My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.

We had an amazing stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and adorable. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the fun stuff on Dickson St. This was our first time in Fayetteville and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Chapel Condo
The property was great, very clean, tastefully decorated, and centrally located. The property owner however, did not provide me with an access code. I had to contact VRBO support when we were only an hour from arriving - have never had this happen before. When the owner did supply an access code it didn’t work. The instructions we were given didn’t match what was on the key pad. After about 15 minutes we were able to get in and didn’t have further issues.

Cute little place
Cute little place. A few blocks walk to Dickson street restaurants, which was convenient. Very quite area. It is perfectly priced for what you get.
