Severe smell of urine in the room and dog poop on the floor. When called the desk, Kevin informed me, that he is the only one at the property and he is not going to clean that. After informing me that in 5 years of him working there, nobody ever complained and he simply hang up the phone on me. Highly recommend to have a better staff training on how to communicate with the customers effectively and provide more people on side in PM hours.
