Perfect for orientation at UofA!

Love this building and this unit! SO convenient and close to it all, plus two parking spots! The space was super clean, exactly as listed, very comfortable and spacious for our daughter’s orientation at Arkansas! Would definitely stay again!

Great loft condo in a perfect location!

Loved this loft located centrally in the heart of UArk campus. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We were moving our student in for freshman year and this was a great place to regroup over the weekend. Easy entrance into the condo with a assigned parking spots right outside the door. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Condo & Convenient Location

Super cute condo with a convenient location. Entrance to the parking was a little confusing upon arrival as our gps didn’t guide us to the turn very well, but once we figured it out was super easy. Condo is cute and we had plenty of room. Upon arrival we noticed the fire alarm was dangling from from wires off the wall with the battery compartment open & missing a battery. I notified the manager & they promptly answered & offered to send someone to fix. We will definitely consider this property again as we get ready to move our son in for his freshmen year at U of A. The only recommendations I would have is the patio furniture could use a little attention along with all of the blinds. The upstairs stayed pretty hot with the summer heat (we were there during a heat wave though) however it helps if you keep the bedroom doors closed then the bedrooms stay a little cooler. Overall, super cute, clean, good location, and plenty of space.

In regard to this location providing great accommodations and a great location it was clean, well appointed and comfortable! The view of the city and the eastern hillside/mountainside from the balcony was very nice and the location on Dickson Street provided quick and easy access to the activities we were looking for on both the street and the U. or AR campus. Very pleased with our choice and hope to utilize the rental again in the future.

The Dickson Street Hideaway is in the heart of this college town, with great access to the university as well as all the fun restaurants and shops. Cole was always reachable and quick to assist if needed. Highly recommend this spot!

Nice condo right off Dickson Street

We wanted a place within walking distance of our daughter's sorority house so this place was ideal. However, it's a little loud in this location so you might want to bring a sound machine. Also, bring a sleeping mask because the bedrooms are very bright. Other than that, the condo was perfect for our needs.

Very cute place! Great location and very easy to get to. Wish there was a keypad lock on the back door so you don’t have to go all the way around the building. We loved the place! In the master room it’s like they tried to put queen sheets on a king and they would be completely off as soon as we sat on the bed so we pretty much had to sleep on the mattress cover. I would say there is no cleaning supplies or a broom to help clean up after ourselves and nothing to spray or anything if there was a spill. I didn’t like that the soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap was like hotel amenities. Walls needs cleaned and I would recommend having door mats because the rain there is no joke. But other than those small things we loved our stay and it was the cutest place to rent!
