Your New River Gorge basecamp: a renovated single-level ranch on nearly three wooded acres, about 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. Three bedrooms, a game room with a pool table and arcade, a private hot tub, and a wide covered porch make it easy to spread out after a day on the river or the rock.

Pool table, stand-up arcade game, leather seating, and a wall-mounted TV, plus a king sofa bed for the extra crew.

LIVING ROOM
Large sectional, hardwood floors, big windows, and a smart TV. The original wood stove and full brick wall add character (the stove is decorative only). Reliable Wi-Fi throughout, well suited to streaming and remote work.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Stainless appliances including a French-door fridge, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. Generous counters, a breakfast nook, and a dining table for six beneath a painted New River Gorge Bridge mural.

- Big back deck with privacy fencing and a string-lit gazebo
- Gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a private hot tub

YOUR SPACE
You have the entire home, the porch, the yard, and private on-site parking. The detached garage and Quonset hut are private and not part of the rental.

- Sandstone cliffs that draw climbers from all over
- Long Point Trail to the cliff-edge view of the Gorge Bridge
- Fayette Station Road, a one-way scenic drive under the bridge

DOWNTOWN FAYETTEVILLE (ABOUT 10 MINUTES)
Coffee at the Cathedral Cafe, pizza at Pies & Pints, outfitters for rafting, climbing, and ziplining, and Arrowhead Bike Farm for mountain biking and a casual beer. Groceries and gas are about 5 minutes away.

GOOD TO KNOW
- A car is easiest. Trailheads, the bridge, and downtown are a short drive via country roads and US Route 19.
- Please rinse off before using the hot tub and keep the cover on when it is not in use.
- Pets are welcome with a pet fee.
- Quiet, residential setting surrounded by trees.

FEES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS
These apply on every booking platform and are requested after checkout with photo documentation.
- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour after a 30-minute grace period.
- Smoking or vaping inside: $250 plus the cost of odor removal.
- Unauthorized or undisclosed pet: $150.
- Guests beyond the reservation count: $50 per person per night.
- Excessive cleaning beyond a normal turnover: $150.
