An IPad is included to work as a home hub so you can see all the devices and configure the Hue scenes or use the Hue sync for the Sony TV, check outdoor security cameras, door locks, etc.

Automations: For example, lights turn off, turn on automatically in the kitchen, Guest Bathroom and Stairs, five hue scenes are pre-configured on the hue light switch on the wall. Doors lock automatically after 90 seconds and the outdoor cameras are constantly monitoring the cars and the environment.

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament, wonderful and clean conditions. The owner was very hands on gave us some great tips where to eat. Easy to get to from the main roads. Not far from the University of Arkansas.

The perfect location.

This home is located just far enough away but definitely close to everything. I promise you will not be disappointed. I can’t say enough about the tech setup of the house, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Home away from home

Extremely clean and quiet. Easy to get to and close enough to the campus and restaurants. They thought of everything; work space area, chargers, coffee station (machine filled with water already), good toilet paper (very important), comfortable beds, snacks, waters next to the beds and robes just to name a few of the things. Looking forward to getting back and staying there again. Highly recommend!!!

Cool little house

My daughter and I had a nice relaxing weekend here. The house was very clean, and the lighting was really cool. There were snacks and coffee available, which was nice. The neighborhood was safe and a close drive to the things we wanted to do on campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhoods was new and very quiet. Roy and Marlene are so accommodating. This place is top notch! Literally. Communication was very easy. Immediate response. The beds are amazing!! We didn’t want to get out of them. Thank you again for being so accommodating to your needs. Pet friendly also.

Awesome

The listing was more than we could ask for. Roy was awesome and helpful with any needs we had. We were there for a youth baseball tournament and Roy made sure everything was perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. We are already looking forward to next years tournament and staying there again
