    About the Space
    This spacious and rustic home sleeps up to 11 guests with plenty of room to spread out, additional sleeping space available using the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking big group meals, and the beds are cozy and clean—perfect after a full day in the Gorge. A large dining table and open living space make it easy to gather, laugh, and plan your next adventure.

Perfect location to everything Fayatteville has to offer and house is much bigger than it looks - lots of room to spread out, super well stocked kitchen with all you could need and a fantastic outdoor space with the deck, firepite, pickleball, huge yard with wildlife every morning and hot tub. You won't regret staying here !

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Pickleball Retreat. Aside from being clean, organized and very well equipped, the owners were extremely kind and accommodating, offering us fresh eggs, herbs and vegetables from the garden and plenty of activities for the kids (in addition to the pickleball). We spent our days hiking and rafting and looked forward to cooking in and unwinding at the property. The grounds were picturesque, peaceful and beautifully maintained. It was obvious that they took pride in the home and wanted it to make it an enjoyable experience for visitors. We would definitely return for a future stay.
