Spacious 1-bedroom apartment in house with fitness equipment in Fayetteville

I am renting the entire floor of a house with a private entrance and your own patio offering a wonderful view of the backyard. A private locked door separates this level from upstairs, so you will have the entire floor to yourself. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room.
Please note that there will be three cats with you in the apartment, they are all in the pictures. They have an automatic water bowl that refills on its own and a large dry food bowl that will last for the entire stay. If you request it, my friend will check on the cats but they are pretty indepentent. I will be available anytime to discuss about this. Cat food and water are taking care of for the duration I am renting the place, and the litter box is automatic. You will just have to replace the automatic litter trash bag every 4 days, but you are welcome to do it more often. Trash bags and additional dry food is available in the closet. Although these cats do not crave to go outside, kindly ensure doors remain closed after entering or leaving.
You will have full control of the central air conditioning and heating, as well as access to a TV with Roku. A printer and computer workstation will be available for you to use. Free street parking is available 24 hours a day in front of the house in this very safe neighborhood. The kitchen is stocked with shelf-stable food and meat in the freezer that you are welcome to enjoy, gift from the house! Silverware, plates, pots, and cups are also provided for your convenience.
This apartment will be available until approximately mid-January. No dogs allowed because of the cats, but other pets are fine. Smoking is ok outside of the house only: the patio is all yours!

    The whole thing was a nightmare. It mentioned there were cats, 3 of them. Which i found strange, but willing to work with as i was only gonna sleep and work. The place was a disaster, with cat poop everywhere (which the owner said very aggresively, was vomit, not poop"!!!! As if it made a difference. It looked like it had been ransacked. The tub was full of miscellaneous tools and whatnot. Absolutely horrible. Then tried to charge me 50 to walk in and discover this. I said no, not cool, then he insisted on 30.....very very reluctantly he gave me a refund. I wouldnt normally leave a bad review, but hes a long long long way from being ready to host a Vrbo. Absolutely unacceptable
