Violet’s Farmhouse is a newly built house featuring a mix of antique and new furnishings. Our farmhouse is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with enough room for 8 guests. This brand new home has hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), brand new mattresses, and brand new appliances. If you have a cooking aficionado in your group they’ll love cooking on our 8-burner gas stove range and oven.

LOCATION! Our farmhouse is conveniently located minutes away from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many other local restaurants. Coming to visit the University of Arkansas? It’s only 10-15 minutes away. We’re also down the hill from the Centennial Park for those interested in mountain biking.

*For the moment parking is located in the street.

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

Wonderful stay

We loved this property! It was a great location, convenient to everything. We came in town to attend the men's basketball game and the gymnastics meet - our son attends UArk. It was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The media room was great for watching the Super Bowl with our son and his two roommates. I love the decor - so many touches that reminded me of my childhood and visiting my grandmothers.

Amazing home in a quiet neighborhood not far from UARK.

We stayed for graduation and this place was perfect. It’s a safe place close to everything. Very clean! Beds were comfortable and they had plenty of extra bedding with pillows if needed. Loved the layout and master on bottom floor. They had everything we needed plus all the extras. Thank you

Best family home in fayetteville!!

The uniqueness of this property was splendid. Felt very much at home. Having all the space my large family needed to be comfortable. We did not have any difficulty with the home. Its furnishing were comfortable and the layout spacious. The decorations and design were done in a mannor that reminds you of visiting grandma and grandpa for the holidays. Will always look for this place first when we travel to Fayetteville in the future.

All beds were clean and great mattresses. Bathrooms were nice and roomy. Two staircases. Extra fridge was bonus for football weekend. Nicely done with layout to give it an older farm style look and feel. We will be back for another game day. go Hogs— beat UT Vols 19-14!!!

Throw back in time

The pictures do not do this place justice. We walked through the front door and instantly felt like we were little kids visiting our grandparent. It was amazing. The kitchen had a wonderfully large six burner gas rang and double oven and worked perfectly. The bathrooms were well equipt and wjat i would call the master bathroom even had a rainfall shower head. With two living rooms and tvs throught the house, the kids were able to do their own thing while the adults relaxed. All-in-all i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend in Fayetteville.

Violet's Farmhouse-A step back in Time

Nice replica of an older farmhouse. It's situated in nice neighborhood. Parking is on street. Kitchen ( well equipped)& other rooms are large. Concerns; one bedroom door had broken doorknobs with one end missing. Caused problems by locking unexplainedly several times .Finally removed it altogether. ( Wasn't working in a visit in May also; we told host then) A recliner chair in LR has a broken feature that prevents a safe recline. (Safety issue) Kitchen fridge freezer in dire need of defrosting. I tried to remove some of deep frost ; but too hard to remove all. Area inside front door needs a rug or mat to wipe shoes when it rains( such as it did Cmas Eve) to avoid wet mess on wood floors. All these items just need someone to pay a bit more attention to this charming VRBO that would make it a more inviting place. We have stayed here twice while visiting relatives in Fayetteville. If attention is taken to needed concerns, we would definitely recommend it and stay here again. It is charming as a farmhouse replica.
