Welcome to West Dickson Loft - a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the historic Ice House building located right off Dickson Street. Our apartment has 2 dedicated parking spots in a prime location!



Inside, there is fully stocked kitchen with bar seating and a little table for two. The living space features 2 couches, a large Smart TV, a desk space, and board games.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from our three beds:

(1) The primary bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and en suite bathroom.

(2) The second bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The living room has a Full size pull out couch.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorised checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
