"The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, contained a decent sized fridge and a microwave. Only complaint was the free breakfast (6AM-9AM) only being cereal and waffles. There was also a $250 deposit on top of the room cost, but it was released after check out."

"This is a art deco style old hotel, located right in the downtown area of Silver city. The lobby has a really nice feel of modern/retro The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the AC works and the bathroom is definitely retro, ie its has the lowest toilet seat ive sat on since I visited my grandmother in the 1960's. But, it doesnt have enough retro feel in the rooms, or enough up to date amenities to justify the price. Esp when there are the usual motel 6, comfort Inn and the like just outside of downtown. So if you like staying at retro hotels, you will love this place. If you like familiar hotel comforts then you will consider something less expensive."

"Staff welcoming, clean neat motel. Breakfast was adequate had coffee several choices on juice, waffles, yogurt, muffins and cereal. The retro look was neat. Even microwaves were retro. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Should I ever be in Silver City again will definitely stay at LuLu"

"Nicely remodeled and very comfortable place. Check-in and communications great. The only reason score down is because the 3rd bedroom is actually a day in the hallway/landing without any privacy. It's truely a 2 bedroom place with a 3rd bed. Otherwise great location and amenities."

"Becky was great to work with!! From the moment we signed on, she kept in communication with us. The place was newly remodeled and very well done. We loved the big kitchen! Well lit and so easy to get things done in! The fridge was large and had a bottle of wine waiting for us! Also chocolates and some nice snacks. So nice after a long days drive to get there. The deck was so nice as well. It was shady and breezy. The TV was a smart TV so we could log right in to our favorite apps, have our usual evening TV after a busy day and log out when we left. I would stay there again."
