Kieta is set in two acres of lush, landscaped garden with contoured lawns and features the recently renovated, and converted magnesium salt and mineral pool. A magnesium pool can do wonders for your health as it can help alleviate aches and pains and soothe your skin as it feels different, almost silky smooth making it a pleasure to experience. The pool can be heated on request.
The elevated position of the property offers breath-taking 270°panoramic views of mountains and the hinterland across to the Byron Bay Lighthouse and the ocean.
Not far from the bustle of Byron, the holistic offerings of Mullumbimby and the boutiques of Bangalow, Kieta is a calm and welcoming sanctuary.

We had a lovely stay with our teen aged children. The main bedroom is separate to the rest of the house which worked well for us (accessed via the deck). Everything we needed was provided and some thoughtful touches such as the home made muffins and jam biscuits! Beautiful views and breezes - wish we had stayed longer.

Excellent house and pool - very peaceful looking over the hinterland. Very spacious house open to breezes. Outdoor entertaining area fantastic. Living areas generous bedding / towels all great quality. Also caters for small children with play are and large grass area.

everything was perfect! Amazing views and peaceful home. We relaxed by the pool and had drives through the country side. The house we terrific!! Kitchen, bedrooms and space were all heavenly. The house managers were so helpful. we loved every minute of our stay

Great holiday home, my immediate and extended family stayed here for 2 weeks. We have 2 small children who absolutely loved the pool, playground and wildlife they saw (koala's, kangaroos, lizards). The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The location is great for privacy and the sushi down the road is amazing. I would love to stay again.

It is with loathing that I share this review.....I really don't want anybody to know about this glorious house and its position and amenities!! As a family of 5 we have just spent an idyllic week in the hinterland of Byron Bay. This house, whilst close enough to enjoy the day in Byron or evening meals at the highly recommended Bangalow Hotel, is remote enough to feel you are in a private sanctuary with views of the valleys below and sea beyond. Kieta is equipped like a "home" not a holiday "rental", and that is testament to the owners commitment and the care taken by those who manage the property on a day to day basis. Luxurious towels, and extra for use at the beach mean just one way that Kieta goes the extra mile. We loved it, & we will be back!! A hidden gem.....

I took a trip to Kieta for Splendour in the Grass earlier this year, and I had a great time. The house itself is tastefully finished and spacious. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and on a clear day you can see all the way out to the Byron Bay lighthouse. The place is just down the road from the heart of Federal, where there's a quaint little Japanese restaurant that does the most delightful sushi. The perfect place to get away from it all.
