Situated 10 minutes from the rural village of Federal and only 30 minutes from Byron Bay.

This spacious house is your ‘home away from home’ and has been styled in contemporary coastal boho and has been thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to enjoy a truly memorable stay, whether it be lounging around and diving into the pool admiring the views, cooking up a feast with fresh local produce and grabbing fresh herbs from the garden, exploring the 7 acre property or practicing yoga at sun rise with extraordinary hinterland views.

Step into the main living and dining areas of the home with sliding doors that open all the way to take full advantage of the views and turn the inside living outside.
Overlooking the picturesque countryside, the outdoor spaces with swimming pool, manicured gardens and outdoor fire pit. This house has something for everyone.

Four wheel drive and chopped wood required
Fabulously appointed property in a great location, quiet and very clean but difficult to get to with the instructions given by the property manager in the welcoming email. The Google pin that was sent gave no indication of the roughness of the 'track' that took us to the property, which was a big concern for those in our group that had low cars not suited to the terrain. A message sent to the manager prior to the stay regarding directions went unanswered. While the property advertises a pizza oven, it would have been nice to know that wood was not provided for the oven, so our planned wood-fired pizzas outside by the fire had to be cooked in the oven. Not really a huge deal, but it would been good to have been advised of that beforehand since the pizza oven is listed as an amenity. It's not like the shops are just around the corner, which of course, is the property's charm. The spiky cacti in the house would be better replaced with something softer for those with crawling babies and children. Overall, however, our group loved our two night stay.
