"I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family birthday weekend. From the time we pulled up to the door, the entire experience here was perfect. A valet greeted us immediately, a bellhop loaded our luggage onto a cart, and we were directed towards the check in desk. We checked in quickly and got to our rooms where our luggage was delivered promptly. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Once we were settled we ate at 12 Moons. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The next day we requested extra blankets, coffee, cream, and water and the staff responded immediately. We spent sone time in the outdoor hot tub which was lovely. Later we ate at the Falls buffet and this was the only part of our stay we didn’t love. The food was mediocre and the price tag was too high for the quality. Other than that the stay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The room itself was fine for what we paid. We stayed for one night just needing a place to sleep along our journey. No amenities, other than a coffee pot in the room. Very few guests, us and maybe two other couples, if that. We were in a room next to the exit door and there was someone coming and going until at least 230am, slamming the door every 2-5 minutes. I would recommend not getting a room next to the exit/ entrance doors. Person who checked us in was nice and helpful but she either had allergies or was sick and was snorting snot the whole time she checked us in."

"It is a great location as we were visiting a person at Heritage House memory care, and it is very close. It is also right next to a good Mexican restaurant. The woman who checked us in was great! Friendly, professional, and checked us into a ground floor accessible unit so we didn't have to haul our bags up stairs. On the down side, the bed was really hard. In the morning, there was only coffee - no breakfast of any kind."

"We stayed one night for Tunnel Marathon race. The staff allowed us to late checkout at 12pm, which gave us the chance to have a shower after the run. Very good!"

"Cabin and outdoors were very clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only y negative was using the worn out cooking utensils. Buy some new pots and pans and measuring cups."

"We stayed here while in town for a dog agility event, and the location was perfect—only a 15-minute drive to the venue. The property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the guest experience; they really thought of everything we could have needed. I highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling with dogs."

"Easy reservation process. Property management very responsive. The home provided everything our large group required to keep both adults and teens happy and occupied, including a hot tub, 2 bunk rooms, video games and a sports court. It’s also an easy drive from west of the pass and has a great coffee drive thru spot on way to house. Thanks!"
