The 75 m² (75 sq ft) modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the left upper floor of the house at Reiterkoppel 47b and extends over two levels (upper floor and attic). It can accommodate up to 6 people. A sixth person and an additional guest room can each be booked for €10 per day. A booking fee also applies.

The apartment features a spacious living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a shower room with underfloor heating and a towel warmer. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with DVD player, and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm/61 x 79 in), and the children's room has a bunk bed (140 x 200 cm/59 x 79 in lower, 90 x 200 cm/59 x 79 in upper). The optional guest room is furnished with a single bed and a TV. A baby cot, highchair, changing mat, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

From the living room, you can access the balcony with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. There is also a private garden terrace with privacy screening. A private parking space and bicycle rental are available. Numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, as well as event tips and support from on-site staff, complete the offering.
