With a generous living space of approx. 112m², which is modern and attractively furnished, our holiday home offers space for up to 6 people. It is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation to spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the south-facing terrace. The quiet location in Bannesdorf promises a relaxing stay.

    Inside, the house has a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa area, a small collection of games for sociable evenings and a dining area for six people. The sliding door leads directly onto the inviting south-facing terrace. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a dishwasher, microwave and an additional dining table for two. The three bedrooms, which were newly renovated in 2017, offer a restful night's sleep with their comfortable double beds and two single beds. Each bedroom is furnished with designer PVC and has a wardrobe and bedside tables.

    The outdoor area invites you to linger and sunbathe on the south-facing terrace. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the fresh air and peace and quiet. Bicycles and other equipment can be safely stored in the small shed next to the house. The guest bathroom on the ground floor, completely renovated in 2023, offers additional comfort in addition to the full bathroom on the upper floor with bathtub and shower facilities.

    There is a wide range of business opportunities just a few kilometres away: The island capital of Burg, just 3 km away, beckons with shopping and entertainment options. Nature lovers will appreciate the natural beach of Presen, just 2 kilometres away, and the impressive cliffs. Bannesdorf is also an ideal starting point for extensive dyke hikes and cycle tours. The surrounding area offers numerous sporting and leisure activities such as fishing, golfing, climbing, cycling, horse riding, sailing, diving and kiting.
