Spacious Mallorcan Villa "Es Rafal Nostro 11" with Pool

Enjoy the tranquillity and nature just outside the small town of Felanitx in the typical Mallorcan Villa Es Rafal Nostro for 8 people. The spacious country house has 6 bedrooms (four of them on the ground floor, two more on the 1st floor), 3 bathrooms (one of them on the 1st floor), a very well-equipped kitchen and a living room with satellite TV, a stove, games and DVDs for relaxing holidays during all seasons. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair, a baby bed and a car park. The covered terrace is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. A 32 m² saltwater pool, a hammock, a table tennis, a barbecue and a playground for your children are also located on the grounds. The small town of Felanitx with its shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants and bars can be reached in 15 minutes by car, the coast with its fine sandy beaches in 30 minutes.



The property is intended for families and quiet groups as it is located in a residential area.

Groups of young people are not allowed and parties and events are strictly forbidden.

Wohlfühl Oase

Pros: Die Finca war sehr gut ausgestattet für die ganze Familie mit ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Für die ganz kleinen gab es Kinderbettchen, Hochstuhl, kleinen Spielplatz und Hühner zum füttern. Badezimmer sehr modern und gepflegt. Miguel war spitzenmässig👍🏼👍🏼 Ein großes Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit, schnelle Korrespondenz und vor allem seinen Humor. Man hat sich toll aufgehoben gefühlt🙏🏼 Man hat viel Ruhe, Entspannung und Natur und kann somit dem Alltag wunderbar entfliehen und stört niemanden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Cons: Die Finka liegt doch sehr abgelegen und ein Mietwagen ist daher auf jedenfall zu empfehlen. Taxikosten sind zwar günstig aber auf Dauer geht es doch auf den Geldbeutel. Alles in allem aber meckern auf hohem Niveau und ein grandioser Ort zum Entspannen und abschalten ☺️

Schöne Finca und sehr freundlicher Host

Die Finca ist schön gelegen, verwinkelt und spannend eingerichtet. Miguel war ein fantastischer Host der bei etwaigen Problemen schnell zur Stelle war und alles gelöst hat. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung.
