Schön restauriertes Haus aus dem 17. Jht., weiter Ausblick auf idyllisches Tal mit naher Schafswiese. Wohltuende Ruhe und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Lageplan und Wanderkarte im Tourist-Büro Altglashütten besorgen!

Appartement au calme et bien situé

Le cadre est superbe, au calme au bout d'une impasse avec une jolie vue dégagée. Proximité de la station du Feldberg et du Titisee, et nombreux chemins de randonnées. Nous avions réservé l'appartement situé au 1e étage mais suite à un problème technique dû à la neige, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement du RDC. Celui-ci est meublé avec du mobilier ancien (tout comme la vaisselle et les casseroles) et le chauffage fait énormément de bruit lorsqu'il s'enclenche... Le chauffe-eau a également une trop petite capacité pour un appartement prévu pour 6. Une rénovation de l'appartement serait un vrai plus. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour et la propriétaire des lieux s'est montrée très sympathique. Petit bémol sur les taxes qui ont fait augmenter la facture de 69€... Du coup le rapport qualité/prix est un peu moins bon que prévu.

Bien situé et très fonctionnel pour une famille de six personnes. Propriétaire sympa et arrangeante. De la place pour se garer et à seulement quelques minutes d'un supermarché. Départ de plusieurs balades à pied ou à vélo. Idéalement situé entre deux lacs.

location fidèle au descriptif, appartement agréable dans un environnement campagnard, très calme, avec très belle vue, le village voisin est très mignon et sympathique. De plus, on est vraiment pas loin de Titisee, Freibourg, ... au niveau des tarifs, il faut rajouter au prix de la location des frais de 8 euros par personne pour la semaine, pour les produits ménagers, serviettes, draps... pas de lave linge, mais pas de baquet non plus, pas évident de laver quelques affaires à la main. Pour une semaine, cette location convient, mais au-delà, c'est moins confortable. Le sol est en parquet sous la moquette, très bruyant sous nos pas (même en faisant attention) et peut-être gênant pour nos voisins du dessous,vacanciers également. Du coup, nous osions à peine nous déplacer, surtout la nuit. La propriétaire est très gentille, attentionnée, elle met à disposition de la documentation suffisante pour la découverte de la région (très belle), elle parle anglais, ce qui a suffit pour nous comprendre.
