"We stayed for a night with 2 adults and 2 children. My kids were happy how big, clean and modern the room looks. We stayed on the first floor that has a balcony where we are able to park our car right to."

"Accueil chaleureux, localisation de rêve au bord de l’eau et très bon resto-pub sur place si l’on décide de se gâter un peu. À noter que la Secousse est à 3 ,5 km de pointe au bic où se trouve la gare du train de Charlevoix. Mais la marche au bord de l’eau est magnifique et peut-être considérée comme une activité à faire absolument."

"The pros is the amenities, the views, and the proximity to trails which are fantastic. The nightly entertainment is great and the ability to roast marshmallows on the fire was fun. The pools are fantastic. The cons: the service was definitely sub-par for a 5 star hotel. This seems to be due to difficulty recruiting staff in the area. The rooms are fine but very outdated and reflective of what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. The biggest con: the food at the property is awful, especially at the Bellerive. Save your money and go to one of the incredible restaurants in the area. A shame that the food offering is so subpar, especially because the restaurants have such great views. I would definitely still go back because of how beautifully situated the property is and because they’ve done an excellent job with the amenities, but hopefully the service and food and rooms improve soon, or else I could see the property begin to lose many return visitors."

"Il n’y avait aucune brouette de disponible pour repartir le dimanche matin et donc avec la longue marche et la côte, ce fut toute un travail. Autre que ça, c’était génial et très dog friendly, ce qui en fait une experience parfait avec son chien de companie."
