- A 300m2 main house (up to 16 people) with 4 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning/heat pump and TV: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 4 single beds, 3 complete bathrooms, a very spacious 100 m2 living room (with two fireplaces, a wet bar, professional table football, 75-inch digital TV with home cinema) and a fully equipped kitchen.
- 1 independent apartment (2 people) with bathroom, giant jacuzzi integrated in the room, TV, a double bed
- 1 independent apartment for (2 people) with a bathroom (adapted) and a double bed.
- A 40m2 solarium with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
- A huge 250m2 paved interior patio, landscaped, with barbecue and gazebo, ping pong table.
- Another interior patio of 100m2 with a large portable pool
