"Circa 1928 is a unique hotel, well located and run by a master of the hotelier’s art. We loved our stay and happily recommend it to everyone visiting Albury"
"Good location only a short drive to highway and perfect for our stopover.
Very clean and service great with reception accommodating our late check in and even turning the heating on our room.
Would definitely stay again. "

Blazing Stump Motel & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Everything you could have expected and more. Close to the hotel for meals and drinks, quiet, safe and very affordable. Would stay here again, very happy traveller."
"Older style theme hotel - something a bit different from the norm - restaurant prices good value and we really enjoyed the meals we chose - breakfast roll & coffee for $10 which was delicious"
"We had a suite which was well appointed and comfortably furnished. We only had breakfast on three occasions, availing ourselves of both the buffet option and the continental breakfast . Although the food was of good quality, it was nothing special .
Areas that could be improved
1. There was no book of instructions as to where to find plugs in the bathroom, where to switch on the fridge, how to change the settings on the air conditioning, there was no light over the safe so we had to fumble in the dark to open and close it, the cord on the kettle was too short to use in the kitchen area.
However, the desk staff were most obliging and were able to assist with grace and enthusiasm to remedy all of these niggles."
