"The hotel was experiencing difficulty with the AC but were very accommodating and offered a fan. The only problem was that I could not turn off the bathroom light as the switch did not function. There was a window in the bathroom to the room to it couldn’t be darkened."

"The attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was outstanding with many different choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Wurzburg area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The room is adequate. We did not purchase breakfast. There is a nice coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. Amid the “Omega Heatwave”, the A/C went out, but the evening desk agent responded within 45 minutes to move us to another room, and let us keep the original room as well so we wouldn ’t have to move our clothes late at night. Hotel is in front of a train stop and there was a nice restaurant just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel."
