  • Welcome to The Pines! A peaceful retreat on nearly 3 wooded acres, just minutes to Saugatuck/Douglas and the beach! Enjoy outdoor living to the max with a private in-ground pool, fire pit, and multiple outdoor lounge areas. The home is brand new and thoughtfully designed with the kitchen, dining, and living room being separated from the sleeping quarters by a set of French doors to maximize comfort for all guests and sleep schedules.

    On the main floor, you'll love the two-story living room with panoramic views of the pool and woods. Adjacent to the living room is the designer kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island. Rounding out the main floor is a convenient powder bath, Primary King Suite (bedroom 5 in photo tour), and laundry/mudroom. In the garage, you'll find games aplenty!

    On the second floor, you'll find the remaining 4 bedrooms (three queen bedrooms and a bunk room with twin over queen bunk) along with 2 full baths which each have separate toilet/shower rooms for convenience and privacy. The second floor also boasts a huge second living room.

    Step outside to discover the gorgeous backyard oasis. The pool is always heated to at least 85 degrees for your enjoyment and comfort. Lounge around the pool, step out to the firepit area with seating and three large 2-person hammocks, or walk the trail to the stocked fishing pond on the edge of the property.

    You will have full access to the entire house and property. Enjoy!
