"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place."

"After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to Marriott!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at residence inn in Novi. I love that the pool open so early. The temperature was just right not to cold like most hotel pools can be. My room was just the right size for me. I felt that I was close enough to most things and getting around. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant."
