"The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice. "

We needed to cook together and play games together, be in a pool together. We also wanted access to grocery shopping, cafes, museums and outdoor activities.This VRBO was ideal for all of this. The room was spacious, clean and even better than pictured online. pricing was perfectly reasonable, and is Pet friendly, which was a plus. beds were comfortable and AC perfectly cooled the room. Numerous outlets plugs available in the room, so if needing to charging laptop along with multiple phones or tablets, it will not be an issue. Location was ideal with available restaurants and fast food nearby, and Hospital is literally a property and a half away in case of emergency. Definitely worth five stars. I Absolutely recommend staying here"
