"We have loved staying in Bethany West for 5 summers. This was our first time at this property and it was great. Plenty of sleeping space, good sized kitchen, and access to the community pool and tennis courts and trolley. We did have to bring our own beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, but everything else that we needed for our stay was available at the house. We had no issues or concerns and only communicated with Nick prior to our arrival. When we did he was always very responsive. Thanks for a great week!"

"Great communication with owner before and during stay. He was especially helpful in keeping us updated during a city water issue. The beds are decent and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. Large dining table and sectional was good for us and when family stopped by to visit. Being right on the private beach with access to pools makes this an ideal location for a beach vacation."
